Building Procurement collects data to provide you with the best experiences with our products and communications.

We use third parties to store and manage your and customers’ data for example CRM facilities, cloud services and data centres in the UK, South Africa and Luxembourg. These third parties do not have permission to access your data. They are simply providing secure data storage facilities.
How to access and control your personal data
We keep data for 6 years, as standard practice to comply with tax and legal obligations and requirements; after this time it will be deleted. You can always choose whether you wish to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, telephone calls and postal mail from Building Procurement.
If you are a current client, then you can ask your controller for information held on our products. In most cases Building Procurement does not have access.
